If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.

I love the quality features in these cargo pants! Zipper is heavy duty, fabric is sturdy-yet soft, pockets are well-placed. They are just what I wanted, comfy and trendy!

Pockets!!
I got these for the pockets and they did not disappoint. The front pockets are deep so when I put my car key in my pocket there isnt an awkward bump right next to my crotch that shallow jeans pockets do. The leg pockets are roomy and the top flaps are secure enough to keep things in through normal activity.

Love these!! They are true to size and extremely comfy. If you want them oversized, Id size up. The large fit me perfectly with some looseness but honestly, I think theyd look really cute in a size up.

Great for the price
These are super comfy! Im 55 and 155lbs, bigger booty and a smaller waist. I always struggle finding pants that fit without being too tight in some places and too loose in others. These are great. The quality is good, and the zipper is nice and working well. Theyre exactly what I wanted. They stretch a bit with wear, which I personally like. Nice deep pockets. I have a sensitive stomach and anything too tight for too long around my waist gives me really bad stomach pain. So these are perfect, tight enough that I can tuck my lining shirt in, but loose enough that I dont feel restricted. Im for sure buying a second pair.
