If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

These snow pants are comfortable while keeping me warm and dry. They feel great and I have played in the snow for hours with my kids without any of the snow soaking through the pants.

Wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered these pants looking for something to keep me warm while I was walking around the street during these snowing days. My new pants kept me warm at freezing conditions, so I purchased another pair. I'm happy :)
They also have nice colors.

Worked WONDERFULLY to keep me warm and dry in Iceland around all the waterfalls. ONLY advice I can give - don't wear any other pants underneath as you will SWEAT! They really keep you warm by themselves.
