If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

This is my first snowboard jacket and it has performed great as I learned this year! The waterproofing works very well and I would know as I have spent a lot of time on the ground! I also greatly appreciate the huge pit zips to regulate my temperature. The fit is pretty roomy. I would usually order a medium but the size guide recommended a small which fits perfectly. Aside from that, I love all of the pockets and the high neck design. Awesome design that keeps me warm!

I love my jacket
I love my jacket! Fits so nicely. Super flattering and the front pouch is so useful. Perfect for snacks, tissues, and even a small water bottle. It's roomy enough to put a layer or two underneath depending on the temperature outside. The side zippers make getting it on and off a cinch. Highly recommend.
