If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items

This snow suit seems very nice. Quality seems very good, I really like the look and feel of the coat and pants. The fit and finish is very good. Zippers work well. My husband really likes this set. I will buy another set for a family member for Christmas. I will update if anything unexpected happens when we hit the snow.

I had very low expectations for this and was expecting to want to send it back, but ill tell ya what im pleasantly surprised. Seems like good quality, design looks great and it has the little features that make a big difference. Im 63 and 210 and ordered a xl and it fits perfectly.

The jacket is true to size and fits great. Plenty of pockets for your stuff when on the ski lifts.
I really like the Ballad Blue color. It's very stylish and looks expensive.
