If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.

When I was ordering the bib pants it was suggested to get a medium, I know little and ordered a medium and well could have gone small but happy with what I got. Super cool and fit good.

Fabulous!
Delivered this morning as promised and put them right on. I was so happy. They fit perfectly and just like the model's photo. I went with the size chart and ordered the medium in black. The fit is exactly what I would have purchased if I would have found them in a store and tried on. The fabric is heavy but they are so comfortable. If it helps, I am 5'6" and weight is around 140. As I've gotten older, I carry most in my waist area. Otherwise, I could have, maybe, worn a small. They are one of the best pant items I have ever bought online, without trying on. Also, the sales price was great also. If I wasn't walking to drop another 10 lbs, I would order another pair. thank you for a great item.

Best Cargo Pants!!
I just received my cargo pants and I knew right away that I'd probably love them before I even tried them on. The material was nice and the style and color was exactly what I thought I was getting. Once I tried them on....I fell in love with them. They fit perfect and are very flattering. I got white in a Small. I'm 5'1, 115 lbs and they fit
PERFECT! The length is perfect when I wear my heel platform bootand pants are usually very long on me. I love them!! I plan on getting in a couple more colors. I would suggest these cargo pants for sure, especially if you are petite. ??

Very happy with these pants. All the zippers are working very well. Just pull the zipper down, you can take the pants off very easy. and they're looking and feeling great after multiple washes. They fit like a glove so I don't want to mess that up. The cargo pocket has become something I cherish, and I just love these pants!

Bought these pants for a hiking and they fit amazing!! I got a size Medium Im 57 140lbs. The pants are soft and not too firm like traditional cargo pants. They are light weight and very comfortable as a long wear or going out option.
