If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

I really love this ski jacket and pants set. This is a very high-quality and very well-made set. All of the details are impeccable. The set fits amazing and looks so good. My favorite part was the jacket; I want to wear it everyday! The jacket and pants are so warm too. This ski suit set is so worth the price; I would definitely recommend it!

Nice sets
Set is as advertised, plenty warm, windproof and has held up to early season flurries just fine. Looks very nice and has plenty of pockets. Got this for my wife, As she likes to wear coats loose and dress in plenty of layers, we got an L, which appears to be the measurements in the chart, and she is very happy with the jacket.
And as great as she looks in the jacket, she would have preferred a color other than purple, and is a little bit afraid of getting her new coat dirty.

This snow suit seems very nice. Quality seems very good, I really like the look and feel of the coat and pants. The fit and finish is very good. Zippers work well. My wife really likes this set. I will buy another set for a family member for Christmas. I will update if anything unexpected happens when we hit the snow.
