If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

You will be more than satisfied with this snow suits!!!!!!!
First of all I want to start saying that I bought 5 snow suits of different sizes for my whole family and there is not a negative thing about this suits. The jacket is light weight , water proof with a very good insulation with that being said you are not going to need more than one layer of protection under it. The pants are very comfortable, water proof and very protective when you are dealing with a lot of snow. I would highly recommend it to anybody who is planning to go to skiing and snowboarding and the price is very good in comparison with all the other brands.

Fits Great. Looks Great.
Got this for the husband. Make sure you look at the size chart. Husband is 5' 9.5" and 178lbs and we ordered Large. Looks FABULOUS!
