Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(50%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
For the value, you can't beat it! Wore the snow suit a few times in extreem cold conditions of 10 degrees and warm conditions of 45 degrees. Found the suit to be very versital. Wearing an extra layer in the cold conditions and thin layers in warm conditions plus the vents on the Jackets is a bonus. Jackets are a bit big and long, but overall very happy with the product.

For the price, you can’t beat this set! On the coldest days you will need better baselayers but I was fine out skiing all day in low teens. Well made and the Jackets has vents if you get hot too!

Beautiful Jackets, super warm and comfortable. Size up one for a more flexible fit. My regular size worked but a size up was easier to move and play in.
