If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

Took a gamble on buying snowverb pants for outdoors and Im glad I did. Stayed warm and was not wet. Would recommend for sure. Im about 5'9 155lbs and the Medium size fit.

Would buy again
The first pair that I bought was a little too short. The exchange was hassle-free and the second pair fits great. They are great for snowboarding , even when its pretty cold out. I've been snowboarding with them 4 times and they are super comfy and good quality.

I took these for a walk in a snow storm. With all my other gear on. Stayed dry and felt like I was just inside my heated room. Good pants.

Warm and durable
Alright so I suck at skiing and snowboarding. Lots of falls and tumbles. My daughter made it off the bunny hill before I did of that says anything. They held up great. Kept me warm and dry.
