If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

It kept me nice and warm and fit perfect! I ordered a medium size and it was perfect for me to add layers underneath. Seems like good quality and the design was a cute combo! I'm 5'5" and weight 140ish pounds. Overall really happy with the set!

Perfect snow suit
Really nice suit for the price. I used it this past weekend, spent several hours outside in 20 degree weather and I was very comfortable the whole time! I also received a lot of compliments about the way it looks.

Great product! I had not problems with this item. I wore it last week on my first ski trip. Kept me warm and dry, I did wear thermal underwear but I sweat a little bit.I would definitely buy again

Wonderful Set for the Price
I bought it for a snowboarding trip. Was kinda skeptical about what the fit and quality would be but it fit perfectly. Ended up loving the set. Lots of pockets and good lining inside. Kept me warm the whole time. Really pleased with this purchase.
