If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
As shown in the pictures and definitely worth the price. I ended up having to return mine without even getting a chance to wear it because it was too big. I went based on the comments that it was running smaller, but go with your regular size. However, I will definitely repurchase in my correct size! It's a must.

Close to Perfect Moment
You will not be disappointed. The fit is true to size and the quality is outstanding! I weigh 120 and im 5'2" and the small fit me like a glove. I own a PM ski suit and this one definitely beats it because of the price.

Great value for the price
I ski quite a lot and love the look of jumpsuits but many can be $500+ or closer to $1000. I wanted to try this one out since it’s such a good price for a ski jumpsuit. I wore it in Whistler over this past weekend in rainy conditions and it worked beautifully. Not only did it look great but it kept me warm, dry and it’s super functional. I don’t know how long it will last since I’ve only worn it one weekend but I’m super happy with my purchase! I am 5’7” 162 lbs and the large was great. I had room for layers underneath and it was still a bit roomy.

Love, but came used! Buying again.
This is actually amazing! I was so excited (still am) but this one was clearly used because it’s dirty in many places from use and has a wrapped (unused) period pad in the pocket. Sending back and buying again. Hoping for a better one.
